74 Dart w/ 340 6 pack

-
Thanks, 67DartGT340. I am just getting back and it will take another month or so to get all the trim and all the little stuff put back together. I'll get some pictues up soon.

I got back from my work trip and was told that I will be going right back out for a month.....So the trim work will have to wait for a little while longer. I did get the seats and carpet back in and still need to put the door panels back on. I did do a test drive to get gas and the brakes are still real spongy SCARY!!! I think I need to get a master cylinder with a bigger bore because I went to calipers in the rear instead of the drums. If anyone out there has done this before please PM me as I have a few questions. Alright here is some pictures and a couple of videos.....Enjoy

Gotta' love a six pack!

I DO!!! I DO!!!

Man I am jealous. What cam did you use? And Fan Shroud?
Fan Shroud is the old one just cleaned up and painted. The cam is a Comp cam 268/280 with a valve lift of .477 intake and .480 exhaust.
Still have lots to do and I have to hit the road for work.:wack:
Crossing fingers......Have it done by mid of August.......

I'm on the road for work right now and I won't be back home till mid July. I still have about a month or so of trim work to do and I still have to do something about the brakes. I also have been thinking that I need to do a firewall forward wiring harness. I've had some problems with getting it started and I have found some bad wiring under the wrap. That's where it stands right now, still hoping for mid August to have a real ride to cruise around in.

Picked up the car after getting some work done on the cowl and then took it down to another shop to have the whole car rewired. I was thinking I would only do the front end but after really looking at all the wiring I will get it done all at once instead of doing it again when I have more problems . I should have it back in a week and then it's on to the brakes.

Nice car.Couple questions, was there any clearance with the breather on on a stock hood? And which breather did you get?Cold air or non cold air?I've been doing a similair build.I sent a PM but I dont think it went thru.

Thanks I've been work on it almost two years now and hope to have it done soon.
I never had the motor in when the stock hood was on. I think the front is a little higher than the hood line but I'll check on it when I get the car back from rewiring. The air cleaner is from Mancini Racing(MOP-P4529057AB)
and is non cold air.

Picked the car up today and now she's back home. The wiring looks great and everything works great. Thanks to Kenny and Raul over at Auto Sound Specialist in Union City. I'll get some more pics tomorrow these are from today on my phone.

Got the interior done and fixed the brakes. I went to get the alignment done last week but the machine they had won't work so I'm going to get it done tomorrow.
