In 1966 the 440 used the exact same head as a 383 -2bbl .
I'm thinking the lack of an increase with the manifold change has a little more to do with the 1.60 exhaust valve and the small exhaust port of the 516 head??
Is there a fuel spec for this class ? Would a 915 head of been a bad choice , or even an F casting 906 ?
