I take mine and cut them in half then cut an inch or so down the sides were your pan would set and box that in welded solid.(that gives you lots of room to pull the pan if needed) then put a piece of 2x3 or 2x4 across the front and blend it in. weld it all solid.( put my tow hook in there to)then drill 2inch holes were I can. I have dun a few of them two of them leve on the rear wheels and one has no inner fenders.so I know its strong...............Artie
