I'll get better pictures on the ad during this weekend.
This property is in Anderson county and Wren school district.
Neighborhood is a mix of stick built houses and mobile homes. There has been a single wide mobile home here before. Roses, peaches, septic system, paved driveway, and even the mailbox post are present.
There's a yellow 69 Roadrunner in the neighbors driveway directly across the street too if that matters. LOL
And for the beer drinkers, the mailing address is 6 Moore. How perfect is that ?
South Carolina consistantly has the lowest gas prices in the U.S.
Hurricanes, floods, wildfires, even snow storms, are extremely rare here.
Need I say more ? Probably shouldn't . This area of the country is the sweet spot and becomming over populated all ready.
