Recommendations for a car stereo set-up?

Many grills are available aftermarket or from other factory installs that gives you options for the rear speakers. I actually found a set of chevrolet grills that are metal and have studs welded on them, blasted them, painted them flat-whatever (color that matches your package tray) and used a spacer from underneath to install them. Here is how I did it with my fastback, although you could use the same concept for the package tray. You can get your local paint store to mix the paint up for you in a factory interior color, just get them to add some flattening additive to give it the correct shade for the package area. You may want to repaint the package tray at the same time so it all matches. Use some plastic or wooden spacers underneath and you are good to go. I used Infinity Kappa 6x9's but any good speaker would work well.
They also make some nice speaker kickpanels that work well. Gotta watch the depth of your speakers though.
