My Mac dealers ALWAYS got my stuff warrantied. The Strap-on guys always whined and hem-hawed around, thus sealing their fate.
Mac even warrantied the taps (which didn't break all that often). That's a first. I hope that they'll warranty the LH drill bit that didn't break, but untwisted itself. That would be cool!
