Edelbrock RPM vs. E street vs. Stealth?

So regardless of which heads I would buy, they'll need a valve job? Damn...

MRL, would you say the stealths would be OK for a street-going 383 with flat tops, lunati 270/278 roller, and about 10:1cr? Going off your commentary for the header size, I suspect the Schumacher tri-ys and my current 2.5" duals would probably work well, right?

Or should I just clean up the 250s that are coming off the engine with a good multi-angle valve job and back cut valves with appropriate work done to handle the extra lift of the lunati roller? Are there any concerns about non-hardened seats?
