Towing with a 66 Barracuda with a newer & rebuilt 904

For all of your expertise and knowledge in the auto industry, I'm surprised that you needed to ask a question at all. But in fairness to you, I don't believe anyone is very knowledgable about how to tow a CRX across country with a 66 Cuda.

I agree with the poster who commented about thinking of the other person when attempting to do something unknown such as this. You don't know what is going to happen, you said so yourself. You are willing to take the risk with your own well being, thats fine, but what about the well being of others should something go wrong?? Have you considered a panic stop in the rain on a winding road with drum brakes that may fade or be saturated with water??

And to attack another member who is trying to point out the dangers of doing so?? Well, sounds like you're leaving Las Vegas AND FABO a little better place!!! JMO, Geof
