i have a 67 dart. i have converted the front brakes to the 11.75 rotors with the 73-76 a-body calipers. i have the entire front brake lines and prop. block out of a 74 dart with the factory disc brakes.

here are my questions.

Don't laugh, but which port on the master is for the front brakes? closer to firewall? or closer to the radiator?

I want to install my line lock system while i am re-installing my brake lines. does the line lock work better if it is mounted in any certain position in the brake line. my plan was to just cut the factory line in the middle and fabricate my own lower portion of the line.

pictures are greatly appreciated guys. as always thank you for your help.

The one feed from the large bowl.

Can’t help with line lock, but what does the instructions for that device say to do?

i have not purchased the line lock yet. i will be ordering it tomorrow. i was just trying to get it laid out in my head.

The line lock will need to be in the line between the master cylinder and the proportioning valve, as that valve typically splits the front brake line from the master cylinder into the front left and front right brake lines.

Disc brakes displace more fluid so the larger reservoir is disc.

As far as the linelock you should get the kit that you can order with it. It will have spare fittings and different lengths of line. Follow the instructions and you should not have to splice lines. It doesn't matter how it's mounted.
