I agree, and it goes both ways. Idaho, who is NOT known for their successful highway projects (equipment in the lake, highways sliding off mud "base material" or the "big hole" on the Mica hill, etc) have constructed a ?? temporary?? road bed up N of CDA on 95 while they FINALLY are starting to upgrade the goat trail. This thing is marked mostly at 45, and there was one "yellow" 45 that DAMM!!! I don't thing you'd wanna be goin much faster especially in the rain, etc.!!!!
Sometimes I think "they" (that's "the thems") just stand there and "ya, thas' boutta 40..........."
