A bodies in Wisconsin, Who's out there?

Saturday and Sunday for me as long as the Dart cooperates for the trip down. I want to try to get down there around 9ish to beat the heat as much as I can.
 
I'll be there, and the Duster will probably be there too, but not racing. It temporarily has a 3.23 open center section, while I get a new housing, axles, and center put together. Duster should be up and running for Labor Day weekend, though.

We'll be running my buddy's 64 Polara with the Nostalgia Super Stock cars, so I'll be a pit guy.

Would this be Gary High, not sure about spelling last name. Wayn Schmitz mentioned you belonging to A Bodies. Saw him at Manitowoc car show last weekend.

Im in Illinois, Carthage Illinois. i cant seem to figure out how to post a picture of my Valiant. its a '66, four door. with the 225 slant six. not running, but its a slow process of getting there...
 
Hands up, whose still driving their car now that it's 50 degrees out and the carbed cars can barely run for 2 min after starting because it's so cold at 6 am.

i would of been taking advantage of the nice weather we had last week....and this week...but some asshat plowed into my Duster with a smokey and the bandit trans am last sunday...the worse part of this...the D BAG had zero insurance on his car and I have over 6k of damage done to mine...frecking retards not to have insureance

I though with the new laws. Everyone had to have insurance. Yeah, the state
is really doing there job.
Take the SOB for everthing he's worth. Probley not much. Get the POS from
him and take a hammer to it, in front of him.
If you can't show proff of insurance when you get plates renewed. They
should have a basic plan put right on the cost of plates. Damn, I'm insurance
poor with all my vehicles.
Oh, by the way. In was down in the teens here this morning. Not to get much more than the 40's here today.
The Duster is nice and safe in the garage for it's winter nap!

Drive through Milwaukee County sometime. At least 1 in 5 of the cars on the road have expired registration, some more than 2 years! You think they have auto insurance as well? Deadbeats don't have to - we subsidize with the uninsured motorist coverage on our policies plus when a real bad wreck occurs, "one call, that's all" takes care of it for them. There's also local geniuses that will cut (or rip) the corner of your license plate off to obtain the reg year sticker on it so they can avoid going to the DMV like the rest of us law abiding citizens do.

Sorry to hear about your Duster Wayne. Hope you're ok physically and that you get the Dustpan back to better than new.

Still driving mine around. Will continue to do until it snows, which means if it's anything like last year I'll be driving it close to Christmas. That would be awesome, if not cold since my heater motor fuse blew. again.... Wayne, I am sorry about your duster, I really wanted to see it in person but never could find you when I was free.

was invited to the show the 17th of this month at rosemount in Ill...looks like I wont make it...trying to get it done for feb world of wheels...and working on the wifes car as well...so if she is done for world of wheels...come on down and say hi
 
End of November and no salt on the roads yet you have to take advantage.

73 dart just outside of mayville...and theres a 72 charger down the road and a couple cudas chalengers and runners in town
