Are there any 235/60-14 tires I can buy that give decent traction ?

On another thread there is a guy that says he has ran 245/60R14 on stock 5.5" rallye wheels. It doesn't calculate out to where you would be getting maximum contact with the road but I don't know.

Based off the calculator a 235/60R14 should be ran on wheel width of 6.5" to 8.5".
