This is a duster 340/twister duster grill. It was used for TWO years 71 and 72.

They did make a one year only sharks tooth. The grille that went for over 1500 on ebay was one . Two bidders knew what it was . I have one left out of two from my large collection I had. It came on a 71 V24 Bahama yellow 340 Duster. They also had the correct trim screws so the didn't crack from the trim screw back like the others. Just some info thought I would add. The grille in my orange Duster is one.

Oldmanmopar, what are the part numbers for that rare grill? Also, are there any differences compared to a regular shark tooth grille? Bump for thr seller nice piece here:)

from my experience with these also, i do believe this is a one year grille. most all were made of black plastic and painted silver, and a few were made with a light silver plastic, which i have never see one with a single crack in it. or i may have it backwards. there were two diffferent color materials used on these. i have to find my own noted i wrote when i compared these two different grilles. however, it is hard to prove, as they all still had the same part number

Interesting.........I have 2 standard Duster grills that are cast from black plastic and neither had any cracks that I can recall. The one I thought came from a 70 car?? The grey/silver ones that I have do have cracks and feel hard and brittle. Maybe they came from two different suppliers??

my sharktooth is cast out of that light grey plastic...in "fairly good" shape surprisingly....is it a 1 year only piece??? and if so, from 71 or 72?:blob:

The grilles molded in black plastic and painted silver are the hard ones to find. also the fins on these grilles are silver not black as the one pictured. I have each if pics are needed. The grille on this post is well worth the asking price. The repops melt and sag in the sun which are no longer available. Good luck on your sale and I wouldn't take less. Watch paypal payments I have seen different parts returned and lost my money and part. Steve

I see my NOS sharktooth was a good investment. paid $700 for it 5 yrs ago w NOS bezels and markers. I cant get myself to put it in my car. afraid of breaking it so Im just running a $150 70 grill for now till my nads drop

X2,..I'm Hip,...If I wanted to spend that much for cosmetic parts, Id'a bought an E Body,... I'll just use that for 2 payments on my new car

I sold one to a buddy for 75 cause he needed it after a deer hit,...good luck tho...

i want for my 71 scamp...... that's what my grille looks like just without the shark tooth pattern will it fit my car?
