Hay man I work at a dealership and somedays and weeks are better then others. The ? is are you flat rate or hourly? Dont know how your place works, but for me there are always alot of new cars to check in. They can make a bad day ok or a great day even better. If you are flat rate use the magic of the pen with the warranty person. Get to know the system. Good luck.
