Rear spring bracket, need help

It looks like there isn't anyway to put new bushings in the upper part of the rear bracket while it is attached to the car, it is right up next to the frame. No room to install a bushing as it sits.

I think you answered your own question there, LOL.

I would just pull it off, replace the bushing and pop it back on.
