.....between runners below carb on drivers side. Doesn't appear to be coming from valve cover/gasket (bone dry on head and around valve cover). Anyone ever seen this?

Seeping up the intake bolts. Remove one at a time, clean and apply sealer and reinstall.

100% correct, i had a 318 that did this for years with an edelbrock intake. clean and silicon the bolts one at a time and let it sit overnight as stated above.

Ok my 360 is doing the same thing, thing is if we pull the bolts clean, add sealant what about the threads in the heads if there is still oil on them that silicone is not going to stick, now what.

I just cleaned mine with WD40 and paper towels... then used black permatex on the threads... no leaks for 2-years now

This is the trick guys.
I had the same problem with mine, right on both sides of the crossover.
Pull the bolt, and give the threads a light shot of carb cleaner then blow it off with canned or compressed air. (No it won't bother the oil in the motor because it evaporates so fast)
Silicone the bolt threads and up under the bolt head where the head meets the bolt shaft and put her in.
I use a stainless steel toothbrush sized brush to take of any extra silicone from around the bolt head AFTER it dries.

Done deal.
