Dog dish don't fit

I wonder if the caps came off of SBP wheels.

my regular dog dishes fit my SBP 5 x 4 14" inch wheels and my 14" BBP wheels as well as the 15" steels. i would guess these are pre 68 wheels or they are ford wheels
