Grab ahold of your door from its bottom, lift it up on it, and observe if there is any play in the lower hinge pin. If play is evident, replace it with rebuilt unit of new hinge. Bushings and correct size drill bits are available from many vendors, but I have not had good success rebushing Mopar hinges.
Once hinge is tight, there is plenty of adjustment in the door hinge attachment to make a perfect fit. It will take a bit of screwing around, and several trial fits before you get it right.
