looks like it went on dry and/or too much air pressure, or the previous coats didnt have enough flash time between coats. im sure someone else can pinpoint it
Looks like it went on dry to me which caused the orange peal. I have a habbit of spraying dry also. It takes some practice to get use to moving slow enough to not spray dry yet fast enough top not run the paint every were.
