That was part of the problem for the stagnation of the project, too much crap in the garage, no room to work, anytime I wanted to work on it, had 2 spend an hour and a half clearing to get to it...not the way to do a deconstruct/reconstruct. now, a little more work this weekend and I should be ready to get back to the repair then reconstruction phases.
The cabinets, I bought at a place called "Constructioin Junction" it's a non profit resale house, donated building materials. These cabinets are medical grade metal cabinets, came out of a local hospital they were tearing down. Cost me about $950(priced comparables new, over $12k) I bought them over a year ago, and they sat blocking 1/3 of my basement for soooo long.
