I called haggerty for the scamp and they gave a $900 annual premium for my car when finished with an agreed value of $45,000. They went so far to insure the car up to $25,000 while I was restoring it because I told them it's all original sheet metal with no patch panels so in order to replace the car in case of a loss during restoration.
I currently have the car insured on my wifes Liberty Mutual Policy with an agreed value of $9,000 full coverage with a $100 deductable full coverage for $250 a year But as soon as she is in paint I will be switching to Haggerty.
