Would you list these as automobilies?

I hesitated making this post as I didn't want my intent to be misinterpreted (and it wasn't). For the ladies, I know there are guys out there who are real dogs and do not take care of their families or responsibilities after the divorce and that is not me. I already went through losing my kids, house, just about everything I own. Our agreement was until the girls are 18 and that is long past. But, she also agreed at the time of the divorce, to pay 30% of our outstanding credit card and other debts, and I got 70%. I had to count all my income but she didn't have to count the income of the significant other she has lived with since 1993. Anyway, six months after the divorce, she filed for bankruptcy and her creditors came after me for her 30% of the deal. I sent them copies of the divorce and they said that was a civil matter between me and her. They came after me. They called my work and, being it is a school, my boss was not happy and I had to eat those bills too. I don't want to have to go through this all over again and lose the cars either so I really appreciate what you folks have said. I am going to the notary public in a week and "sell" them to one of my brothers.

One is in college in Texas and the other culinary school in Oregon and living with with her grandmother.

For The 67fish: Certainly you are right for that area. Her neighbors are execs with companies and docs who make a fortune. But compared to where I live in Missouri, a 4800 square foot house, no basement, with 5 bedrooms, one having its own bathroom, living room, and kitchen, a movie room, and so forth is a mansion. My house would fit in a corner of that place. Its her third house since the divorce. She always wanted to live in Trophy Club. I'll keep you posted and this was not a rant, you guys may have saved me. I really needed and appreciated the advice. I have an attorney but he would never support some of what was written here. I have to do what I have to do.
