Just out of curiosity, why are you having to pay her and not your girls? I just ask this because they are legally emancipated and apparently controlling their own finances.
I send my son money while he's at school and not his mother.
2nd question is, did the girls go straight to school full time and stay with out a break 12 credit hrs a qtr. anything other than full time should null the requirement.
Just a couple of questions to ask.
I would demand a copy of you girls transcripts, prove they are there full time and are passing, that should get them involved and maybe the ex off you butt.
