I am looking for info on how to radias a fender lip. I have a pair of 71 Duster fenders that the factory fender lips were cut out of. This was done decades ago for larger front tire clearance. Since duster fenders are hard to find i was hoping I could save these buy radiasing or adding in some sort of small flare. something Like this was done on one of the later Sox an martin Dusters. Any pictures or info would be helpful. Thanks

Another option would be to buy a wheel arch patch panel for a 73-91 chevy truck, cut it down to size and use that for your wheel opening. The chevy truck wheel opening has a similar shape to a duster wheel opening it's just a little bigger. Both of these Ideas require welding though. A simple flare can be made with an adjustable wrench, just close it down to the thickness of the metal and use it to pry the edge of the fender out. It would still need a piece of 1/4 round bar welded to it to give it some strength and a finished edge though.

Thanks I like the chevy wheel well Idea as I have to much metal removed for the flare.

I just used dodge dakota wheel lips for my project after the welding and grinding use some duraglass for a thin first coat to help seal her up from moisture
