So, I found a local sheet metal retailer and got a couple pieces to finish the extensions. I needed to lengthen the drop downs so I welded a piece of metal on and temp installed the extension. With the quarter temp installed I was able to mark the contour so I could cut and bend the bottom lip. It all came out pretty well.
