disc brake swap turn full resto

Thankss Cudachris it took over 50 hours to get it that far. I hope the rest of the car turns out just as nice. Soooooooo I had to stop off to get another spool of flux wire for my buddy dan and he gets lincoln wire for his clarke 130. So i asked him if he would be up for trying hobart wire and he was okay with it. So i went to costal farm and ranch (formeral BigR) this morning and headed to the welding section and was looking at what welders they had on hand and what was on sell. I noticed the hobart auto arc 130 for $300 on clearance. An employee happen to be walking past and asked if I needed any help and I responded (which I already knew the anwser to) "why is this hobart 130 $80 cheaper than the hobart 125"? "Well thats unit is on clearance" he said. I asked "do shields bag and printing (my employment gets discounts at costal) employees get discounts on welding equipment" He said "not on welding stuff they dont" I kicked the tires sort of speak and said "is that the best you can do"? He knocked $50 off the already $100 clearance price. So I got a new welder for $270 out the door. I do need to get the regulator kit for my bottle and im going to build a new cart at work this weekend.

This welder on it lowest setting is hotter than my old pos on its highest setting.

thats some of the cleanest flux core welding ive seen. Thats 22 gauge steel with the welder set to 2 of 4 with the wire speed at 25. Im still working out the wire feed tensions. Like the wire doesnt want to feed some times. Im sure I have too much tension on the wire. I did finish up the passenger wheel tub and quarter along with the little filler panel.
