Awwwwww, surrounded by friends, lots of great lies (29 again!!!!) and even a bouquet of roses. What a way to start off a birthday! :-D Thank you all!!

I'll be fetching Billy's dad from rehab and taking him to the hospital in Jackson to get his staples removed early this afternoon. Yeahhhh, I know, sounds like a crappy way to spend a birthday ... but I get to drive their brand new Durango and will insist on a personal pit stop at Dunkin Donuts so it's all good.

Since there were already unavoidable plans for today, my friend Trish and her boyfriend came by yesterday afternoon with a surprise chocolate fudge ice cream cake and a little bonus kitty cake. It was great, and a wonderful surprise!
