Holley or Edelbrock

The Torker II intake is a single plane, since your engine is otherwise stock, you would probably want a nice dual plane instead, I think that would be better for your combo since you aren't running a huge cam or anything. The single plane is more for a high-rev race motor that needs LOTS of air and fuel. Its going to kill all your low-end torque.

Right now I'm running an Edelbrock 1406 600cfm carb on a pretty stock, but cammed-n-headered 360 and I've developed an issue with it that I can't sort out at the moment. It ran great for a few years but was calibrated pretty lean out of the box, I had to re-jet on both primary and secondaries to feed my combo properly. I called Holley and they recommended the list 80457 carb for my combo. If I had the money I'd buy one right now b/c my edelbrock issue has rendered the car un-driveable at the moment and even edelbrocks techs are stumped. Just my $.02.
