No overheating here. I have a 4 row Champion, Milodon water pump, Milodon thermostat (to Milodon spec only from US plant)

On the highway with steady airflow no issues at all. About 170 to 180 degrees cruising at 70-80 mph at 3500-3800 rpm. Even in 100 degree heat outside.

When I replaced my original radiator I ordered a Champion. What a POS. Looked like a kid welded it together and it was twisted. I had a thread about it a long time back, it's been so long (2-3 yrs.) I wouldn't be able to find it easy. I've heard they work good if you get a good one. Oh yeah, mine was also supposed to bolt right in and the factory fan shroud work. Not even close. I lost $30 in shipping it back to them. Glad to hear you got a good one.

What Milodon thermostat are you using (part #)?
