I've been useing VR1, none Synthetic in my 408 stroker, with an zinc aditive.
I've heard Brad Penn 20-50 is a great oil for flat tappet motors like mine.
Brad penn oil is a blend oil with synthetic aditives. I've heard sometimes full synthetics sometimes find oil leaks that were not issues with mineral based oils. I have over 1000 miles on the motor. Is it worth changing oils?
