Prices are looking up for early A's

WTF are the photos of this 3 spd manual Barracuda?
$14500.00
FIRST YEAR!!!!!!!

Maybe market trends equals insured values instead of actual selling prices. I see really nice early Barracudas priced well under those prices that aren't selling. It's not just Barracudas either, it appears all cars that are selling at much lower prices than they were before the crash.

'65 is the first year of Barracudas'? So what is the one I have in my garage that says it was built in June of '64?!? I wish these guys would get their facts straight before posting ads.

If it was made in june of 64, wouldnt it be a 65 model year?

No, it's a '64. The vin and dash show it to be a '64. Also, in another post someone said that the '64 production ended on, IIRC, 7-9-64. Someone please correct me if I wrong.

I watched a 65 in july of this year hit 30000 on the auction block. I will say the car was perfect.
