Hi. I'm Chris. I've been reading on here for a little while and decided to go ahead and register tonight. I own a 75 Lemans that I'm trying to restore/modify but it's been a little difficult finding parts for it. But I find the search fun.

Pieces I still need: Front and back bumper filler panels, Original Steering Wheel, Dash, Rally gauges, Bucket Seats, Interior trim, Weather Stripping, Back window trim, quarter window trim, original stereo, aftermarket center console (?), and fresh new bumpers. Eventually may look for the Rally II Pontiac Rims.

You guys seem to have a really nice site here with ton of people who go out of their way to help out. I like what I've seen so far and the moderators seem like theyre right on top of it.

I assumed all a bodies when I saw the name. I didn't realize this wasn't for Pontiac owners. My apologies.

im sure its probably a cool car, but this is a Mopar site, it may be tough to finds parts around here ...just sayin'

Well nice to have ya here if only for minute. Good luck on your lemans.I bet this thread gets more hits than the word association one .

Hi and welcome, got any pics of your LeMans?
Stick around and learn about the greatness of Mopar A-bodies.
Hope you find what you search for.

As a former owner of a 1976 Ponitac LeMans I can feel for you... but once I got married my wife and family converted my religion to Mopar... Been going to that sermon since...

Welcome to FABO and as swedefish stated.... stick around :)

No worries, Your not the first and for what its worth I like GM A bodies also.
They guys went easy on you, Im surprised.

Welcome Chris, even if it's just for a short time. There are probably a few members here that may know where a parts car or two is and could steer you to it. Of course you'd have to put up with some harassment, mostly good natured. I'd check back on this thread, for a short time at least, just incase someone posts something useful. I know you don't want to spend big bucks on parts, but here's a site that might get you a few hard to find parts........http://www.thepartsplaceinc.com/gto.asp........Good Luck to you.

OK, I want to see the LeMans too.

A buddy of mine had a Can-Am, and I though that was a cool car in the sea of Cutlasses and Malibus.

Welcome Chris,
We will guide you thru the steps to drop a 318/340/360 motor with either an A904/727/A833 tranny into your Lemon...Keep us posted.

Hi Chris, you have been reading on here for a while?? And you STILL own the Lemans??? LOL Just jabbin, had a few chebbies in my day....love the Laguna! Cool car!
