Does the windlass come in different colors, or is it always black? The windlass on my car is black, but it doesn't seem right for the color of my car and interior.
Is your windlass also connected to the black rubber seal that goes over the steel flange? i.e. the single piece has both the rubber strip and the cloth covered rope (windlass). ?
