The Dart Sports are a love em or hate em for some, a lot of people don't like the beak in the front. The price your asking is, IMO, a little high, not a bunch, but high, considering the work that will need to be done to it. It doesn't look bad by no means but there are some issues that a new owner is going to want to address.
Third, as much as you don't want to hear it, the economy isn't rebounding like it should and it really takes disposable income to make a purchase like this. People are just sitting on their cash right now. Maybe after November you might get some hits on it.
