Untouched Mopar X block (Reduced)

A 318 x block? Whats the purpose of this? Can it be bored out to 340 or larger size?

All "X" blocks were cast 318 i believe. Factory says 4.08, but some on various blogs say even bigger. Read that some drag car builds went to 4.12/4.14? I'm not gonna comment more as this is a sale thread.
