1965 A100 Panel w/273 MT

Here is my thread for my A100. I joined here to get more information on the 273 in the van as I have upgrades for it and future ones planned. In '65 a local Fire Dept. had this van to transport additional supplies to accidents and such. In '66 it was retired due to it got stuck fairly easily when it was in dirt. My grand father bought it and used it as his work truck for his electrical contracting. In '72 he bought a new Dodge Tradesman for the work van and the A was a daily driver for my grandmother and uncle. It was sold to his son-in-law (my dad) in '86. We have used it to haul wood for our wood stove until 3 years ago when my dad got a '98 Cherokee and a 6'x8' trailer. This little van has done nothing but work its whole life. It even pulled a 15' camping trailer up to Grayson Highlands State Park, that did the original clutch in. In the early 90's my dad had the trans and a engine out of a '67 A100 rebuild for the van, so far less than 19k miles have been put on them.
I have only been able to tinker with it the last several years due to college.
Here are some pics in not particular order.
