The trains can go that fast, its the tracks that can not support it and rail crossings...people right now drive around rail gates cause they see no train coming at 70 mph and get hit, if you double the train speed, more drivers would look both ways-see no train coming and wham
What likely is needed is gates you can not drive around and do not malfunction
