No, you shouldn't NEED one....


But:

1) You already have it grounded.

2) You can NEVER HAVE TOO MUCH GROUND. It won't hurt you.

3) But you can NOT HAVE ENOUGH which WILL HURT YOU...


SUMMARY: IT'S SAFER TO OVERGROUND, THAN UNDERGROUND.
