I would pull the tire off and try a different one, could be separated, Maybe run it with your spare tire on it and see if it still does it. Do you have rallye rims? Maybe you have a trim ring that creaks or the center cap is loose? Also snug up the lug nuts, gotta rule stuff out and you should find it.
