Amen to that. It's funny when you give them the part number and you can tell they are still REALLY itching to put the car make & model into the computer. :D

I know what you mean, and it's kinda funny/sad but that's all they really know how to do.

I rebuilt my front brakes with most of the parts from Rock auto...if I had gone to a local place...Auto Zone, O'Reilleys etc...I would have saved money on shipping and spent about the same on parts. Also, when it came time to return the cores on calipers, the return shipping ate up the core deposit.
