Amen to that. It's funny when you give them the part number and you can tell they are still REALLY itching to put the car make & model into the computer. :D
that really is funny. i walk into auto bone and spill out a part number for a radiator hose and the first thing out of his mouth is " and what are we working on today?" i think they are programmed to say that. i say "a car" lol , then i had to hand him the piece of paper the part number is written on. he got all bummed like his dog just died LOL
