overall length is 47-1/4....the width of the area that goes under the floor is 2 inches....the width of the rear where it goes around the rear frame rail is like 2-3/4 I.D. or 3-1/16 O.D....the width at the front flange where it bolts to the rear side of front cross member is 5 inches......the overall height is 1-1/2 inches except in the rear where it caps the rear frame rail...the depth there is 3-3/8
