What heads would be best for a 97 (360) 408 mag stroker??

Use the 360, for all the reasons mentioned above regarding solid roller usage. Not really a waste of your 340 either unless its a numbers matching block for your car, but if built correctly for the 500HP you are looking for it is not going to grenade. Good luck with your build!
