I wish my boss paid like that too!!!........I've worked for the same guy for twenty years, not many pay rises, only what the Government grants us....when he's of work for months due to health I get to run his bussiness for him, for just my basic wage.....no managers wage, no bonuses.....he's about to go on perminate sick leave....wonder if I will get any extra for keeping his bussiness going?
