The shifting pattern is in a straight line rather than an "H" pattern. It is a lockout shifter to you will never miss a gear. You would pull back on the shifter for 2nd and then straight back up for 3rd and straight back for 4th.
They are alot of fun and a different look, however I'm sure they can be a pain on the street like people say :-) :burnout:
