That is what I intended to say. Several years ago I had removed that panel to do some rough dent removal, and basic straightening. I performed a small test cleaning/polishing on both frosted and shiny surfaces, and the paint scrubbed off… It just never occurred to my atrophied brain that was just basically tinted clear coat. I feel a low cost time consuming winter project coming on.
