Hi Everyone,

I am new to the site, have always been a Mopar fan, I have a 98 Wrangler, that I bought new in 98, but the car I had always been after was my father in-laws. I met my wife 18 years ago and have been trying to get his car since then! last month he finally handed it over, it's a 65 Valiant convertible, he had it sitting in his garage since 1980 and never started it or did much to it. I towed it 1,300 hundred miles home and was able to get it to start after 3 weekends of work....it's still has a long way to go, but I am hoping to be able to drive it by the summer

Welcome, this is a great site

Welcome from Connecticut ! Where in Mass are you located? I'm 1 mile from the mass state line in the northwest corner of Ct.

fanofpetty, ever been to limerock?
Yes I live right up the road about 5 miles in Canaan, and have actually driven my superbird ( by invitation ) around the track doing parade laps, before the memorial day race a few years back. They let me and a few other cars get up to about 110 mph on the front strech. It was pretty cool.

I almost tripped over my own feet to get a better look when you went by, couldn't believe what I was seeing :)

Welcome Steve - I've also got a red '65 (barracuda). I'm in Eastern CT - but parents live on the Cape. Looks like a great start!

Welcome aboard this great site, Digg'en your Vert big time
