Just trim levels.

The V100 is the base, no frills model.


Thw V200 is a middle-of-the-road model with SOME upgrades (more chrome, better upholtery,and more equipment standard)

The Signet is the top-of-the-line model with all the bells and whistles.

That's all... just cosmetics, I think.
