Believe it or not most of if not all the rust was ground or wire brushed off, were I could not reach was treated with Rust-Mort either brushed or sprayed on.
Underside of the car was then primed and top coated with Sherwin Williams "back in black"
It look way better in person I just can't get a good picture with my camera it seems.
