Family's 66 Dart 270 Resto has started

My dad has the car at his house in Fl so he gets his hands dirty much more often than i do. He removed the brake master cylinder and found that there were more roach droppings and rust than actual brake fluid so that will need to be replaced. There was also a big splice job done on the brake pedal connection so that will need to be replaced as well. Anyways, give us some feedback if you can. This is our first REAL restoration so insight and commentary is always nice.

My dad is quite handy with the rust-a-way and a cleaning brush as well.

We are going for a showroom-ish restoration since this car really isn't meant to "tear up the streets" and we want to use this as our trial and error restoration.
